In my exploration and investigation, I am reaching back to the ancients. I am going after ancient wisdom from various traditions, seeking their knowledge and understanding.
So much has been lost, either in translation or in our information overload, that I want to slow down and turn back time.
I want to sit at the feet of masters who spent their days in contemplation in order to understand themselves, their world and the way it all connects.
What I am uncovering is a clear call to stillness, a heart cry for solitude, a need for slowing of the mind and body to integrate and process all that life is and has and does and needs to be. What I am finding is that this is no small feat.
